Dear Dr. Rundle, I am a graduate student at The Pennsylvania State University in the US, and I spent a good deal of time today studying your work on Ion Specific Electrodes (Beginners Guide...; A New Approach to Ammonium Analysis...; Standard / Sample Addition Methods...). I found each of these works extremely helpful and enlightening, and am very grateful for your clear descriptions of this technology!

10 Sept. 2010
Thanks for your thoughtful response Dr. Rundle. Your help and insight is VERY MUCH appreciated !! (Quality Supervisor having problems with NO2 measurements, USA)

I recently completed a 3-month trial study deploying NICO2000 chloride ISEs in creeks, including deploying five electrodes in a single location and using weekly grab samples to qualify the electrodes and evaluate electrode drift. I was extremely happy with the chloride electrode performance and found that they appeared stable for 90 days basically without maintenance. (Environmental testing laboratory, USA)

10 June 2010
We are interested in purchasing your chloride ion selective electrode. I have read all your exhaustive literature about this technique and I am really impressed by your clear presentation of the subject. (Building Materials research Manager, Slovenia)

I took a look at your site a couple of hours ago... and I want to tell you that I'd really love to trade links with you. I think your site has some really good stuff related to my site's topic of monitors and would be a great resource for my visitors as it deals with some great aspects of monitors that I'd like to give my visitors more information about. In fact, I went ahead and added your site to my Monitors HQ Resource Directory at http://www.monitorshq.com/multimonitors. (USA)

Subject: Wow! Great ISE web site!
I looked at your website with information on ISE's and will definitely point it out to my students. I may even make some of it required reading for them, since the instrumental analysis textbook gives ISE's less space than I think they deserve. I suppose there are hundreds of ISE's in use for every polarography apparatus, so they should have more emphasis in the electrochemical techniques classes.
Thanks for providing this public service! (USA)

24 Sept. 2002
First let me thank you for taking the time to write that Beginner's Guide to ISE Measurement, it was very helpful. (USA)

The concept of making your company's website into a reference information point is very good - I will point it out to my students in instrumental analysis when we cover ISE's and might make even more use of it if/as you add more generic material. (USA)
